- 1. Pilgrim at Tinker Creek - Currently I'm halfway through this book. While this is not a normal choice of topic for me, it was "assigned" reading for the A Mother's Education Autumn course I'm following along with. Although I've fallen behind on their reading plan, I'm slowly keeping up and learning to enjoy this book with its many nature observations and meanderings.
- 2. That Quail, Robert - This is another assigned book for A Mother's Education Autumn reading plan. I am thoroughly enjoying this book with its comical cute story-based narration about a quail that was adopted into a family.
Just for Fun
- 1. I finally bought a cleaner to tackle our couch cushions - five years too late, but I'm glad I have it! Since welcoming a furry four-legged friend into our family, I wanted to get ahead of the "pet oder" and this came recommended.
- 2. This game is a walk down memory lane for me! I played this many-a-times and is a fond childhood memory. For our daughter's 5th birthday, I gifted her this game and all three girls love it!
- 3. I try to keep recent photos printed and accessible for our girls to flip through - instead of constantly staring at my phone. We recently purchased this photo album and love how it feels secure, well-made, and sturdy.
