I love keeping my kid's art work - whether scribbles or a detailed water color picture. However, it felt overwhelming to contain ALL the paper and know how to store it all in an organized way.
Then I stumbled upon this beautiful organizational method from The School Years. Through my own roundabout way, I was able to replicate it rather well.

I have since filled up a handful of the folders and it's holding everything pretty well. It also helps limits how much I file away. It has been working wonderfully.

Since we've started homeschooling, I have begun filling a small 1in three ring binder with their curriculum-based projects, designating the School Memory Box for art pieces that they did for fun. This method has been working well so far.
